We are thrilled to announce Alyssa and Alex’s wedding photography in Crystal Lake IL. We took part at the surprise proposal in Chicago that Alex planned in detail, last year. Then in fall of 2018 we took a countryside type engagement session with the couple.
Wedding Day
On the wedding day, Alyssa got ready at her home and Alex at the church. The wedding ceremony was at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Crystal Lake followed by the reception at Boulder Ridge in Lake in the Hills.
The next stop was in Crystal Lake downtown to get some urban wedding photos with some Christmas flavor as we walk through decorated streets in this beautiful city.
Wedding Itinerary
Since the whole bridal party moved to Boulder Ridge Country Club we wanted to make sure we took advantage of the beautiful bridge and landscape surrounding the venue. We missed the snow but Karen ( bride’s mother) had the idea of getting some artificial snowballs that we used for the photos. The bridal party had a lot fun playing with the snowballs.
Their reception was also wonderful. The atmosphere was one of an intimate & warm feeling. The room was decorated with Christmas feeling and the room looked amazing.
