What a summer!! I recently did an engagement photo session with Bryan and Joy at Cantigny Gardens and Park.
This gorgeous couple was suppose to get married on this date!! Due to the pandemic, they had to postpone the wedding day for 2021. But we did celebrate the day by doing the engagement session on their initial wedding date.
I am very excited to be taken their wedding pictures next year! The photo session went very smooth as Joy and Bryan were so easy to work with.
Joy gave me some info about how they met and how Bryan proposed.
“We were set up through one of my work colleagues. She said I have the perfect guy for you then we were off on our first date- the rest was history! ”
As for the proposal: “He proposed at Ishnala Supper Club in WI Dells overlooking Mirror lake with the sunset. Bryan got on 1 knee. Very romantic. I was not expecting the proposal and it was a complete surprise! My first response was ” where did you get this “cracker jack” looking ring”? Hah”
What a sweet story!!
As for the upcoming wedding they are most excited and looking forward to celebrating their special day with the family and friends.
The wedding will take place at our favorite wedding venue Venuti’s in Adisson. Future wedding details aside, let’s get to the present: Joy and Bryan’s engagement session! These two are real naturals in front of the camera. Their good looks, a beautiful location and their genuine love for each other made this photo shoot a truly enjoyable experience.
