Courtney and Josh – Intimate wedding at Royal Melbourne Country Club 

Well hi again, everyone! Let’s give it up for one awesome couple, who just so happen to be newlyweds. Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Stevenson!

We absolutely loved photographing Courtney and Josh’s wedding on October 9th. They had to move the date because of the Covid 19 pandemic. We started at the Courtyard Marriott in Lincolnshire.

The ceremony took place at Saint Mary’s  in Buffalo Grove. The church was very strict on rules regarding Covid `9 and had setup specific for Pandemic. Courtney said that “We didn’t see each other until we walked down the aisle. We loved doing it that way. It was such a raw experience which is why I wasn’t smiling because I was trying to control my crying 🙂 

They met in physical therapy school and the’ve been together for 6 years.Josh proposed while they were hiking in California. Once they got in top of the mountain he got down on a knee and popped the question. Courtney’s favorite moments at the wedding was having her closest friends and family with them to celebrate. Walking down the aisle and seeing each other for the first time.

Once we got to the Royal Melbourne Country Club, we took few portraits of the couple with their bridal party then the reception started! 

It was the best day of our lives says Courtney. After the cake cutting they had emotional speeches from their friends and parents.
