Lauren and Aaron – Wedding Photography at Pinstripes Barrington IL location
I first met Lauren at her friend’s wedding. She had given a really cool speech for Laura and Derek’s wedding in Woodstock and it was great to see her again with the love of her life. The couple lives in Colorado, so they wanted something small to celebrate their wedding. They had decided to go to Pinstripes in Barrington to host their wedding reception, which so happens to be one of my favorite locations here in Chicago land area. We shot another beautiful wedding reception at the Pinstripe location just last year with Mindy and Tom.

Special note to Maria, the wedding planner. She did an amazing job organizing the event and made sure everything was in the right place and everyone was well taken care of.We have been in contact with the couple the past couple of months and have been planning for this special date for quite some time.It brought smiles to our faces to see Lauren so happy .The reception started and both Aaron and Lauren greeted all the guests at the door. When everyone had arrived, the Pinstripes wedding reception in Barrington started with cake cutting .The couples’ respective brothers also stood up and made a speech about their sister/brother getting married.
There were a lot of emotional speeches here. Lauren’s father had said some words about the couple and his daughter.Aaron’s father also made a very emotional speech.There were a lot of babies and children playing in one location, so we took some candid shots of the cute babies watching the ceremony and running around.
After the speeches, the guests were served a great menu at the venue and we were taking lots of photos at the tables and around the venue.We thought this was a great time to sneak the couple away into the bowling area for some fun wedding photos at the Pinstripes venue.
I personally really liked photographing Aaron and Lauren. They are such an expressive and fun couple.
We took some pictures of the famous Pinstripes sign in the backdrop as well as walked around the area where we took some romantic portraits of the couple.
We moved the photo session outside after we had gotten a couple of fun shots of the newly weds at the bowling alley.While we were photographing the couple, a little girl was curious about all the action the couple was getting and came wondering around to photo bomb them! It was very sweet and cute. It turned out that it was her birthday too!

This Pinstripes wedding looks like it was so much fun! How often do you see a bride and groom bowling in their wedding attire? As usual, you have beautiful, unique wedding portraits to show of another perfect Chicago area wedding!

I've never seen a wedding reception at a bowling alley before, but I sure like this idea! Pinstripes was the perfect setting to have a fun and relaxed reception after this Barrington IL wedding! You did a great job capturing this couple's special day and we can definitely feel their personalities through this entire gallery.

That isn't something you see everyday a wedding venue with a bowling alley! I love the idea of having a wedding at Pinstripes such an unique place to get married. And their photos turned out amazingly! Such fun and unique idea for a wedding.
You are right Jenny! This is a unique place for wedding! Especially for Barrington - Hoffman Estates area.
Weddings can be so fun and this particular wedding looked like fun and so layed back. The Pinstripes location looks like a hit when it comes to weddings and receptions.
