Fall Wedding at Wild Onion Pub in Barrington Lake with Jason and Stephanie
Hello, everyone!
I am excited to announce Stephanie and Jason’s wedding. These two have known each other for quite few years now! They met while working at a restaurant together.I had the please to shoot their engagement session in West Dundee.
As for the proposal, Jason proposed when they were doing renovation in their own house! It was intimate and beautiful! The couple decided to see each other for the first time during the ceremony on the terrace at Wild Onion Pub in Barrington Lake. So, we did take lots of pictures of them separately. It was really big for Jason to not see each other. Stephanie loved the suspense of waiting. She did peek at one point before the ceremony to see him as she couldn’t wait.
The wedding was truly special. Stephanie said that her favorite moment of the wedding was seeing Jason for the first time while walking down the aisle. Also, the overall experience was one of her favorite days ever. Getting all of their family together to celebrate was very big for the both of them. Stephanie’s advise is to make sure you have people to help. Doing it all just the two of you becomes too stressful. There is always someone who wants to help out. I makes a huge difference.
They were very lucky to have a wonderful weather for the outdoor ceremony!
After the ceremony we had a small window to get few images of the girls and boys together as the sun was going down.
The wedding reception was indoor and had a large window towards the pond.
Stephanie said about her dress: “My dress was one of my favorite things about the wedding. I had the most beautiful experience at the bridal shop. The owner made me feel so special. They have the most beautiful dresses it was so hard to make a decision. My mom and Jason’s mom were both there and we all agreed on the same dress. It was so unique and ridiculously beautiful I couldn’t leave with out it.”
