At the end of every year we like to look back and review all of the engagement photos and wedding events that we have captured. It is a good opportunity to learn and to improve our photography vision.
In 2018, we had the opportunity to capture an abundance of engagement photos! It’s been so wonderful to look back at all of the engagement sessions, as we are able to revisit the love that each couple evoked for one another in front of the camera.
From traveling to interesting locations around Illinois, such as Cantigny Park, the Wrigley Building, Navy Pier, lovely waterfronts, and even country settings, we certainly had a good time embarking on each couples’ engagement photo session journey!
Once we arrived at the chosen setting for the engagement photo session, we had the opportunity to capture an array of diverse images, as we feel that creativity is a must when it comes to photography! That’s why we always do our best to capture photos that showcase both love and fun.
When we plan a photo session, we want to ensure that we highlight the love that a couple has for one another. Also, we make sure we combine a couple’s vision or theme with our creativity. So, embracing each other, flaunting some kisses, and holding hands is always encouraged! In addition, we always love to see the fun and playful side that our couples evoke. After all, each relationship is unique, and should certainly be captured in a one of a kind way.
2018 was a wonderful year, as we captured so many couple’s journeys to their happily ever after! That’s why we have comprised some of our favorite engagement photos from the past year to share with you, to hopefully inspire your own creative engagement photo session.
