Coming to you on the blog today is Alex and Franks’s October wedding, which is a serious contender for one of the most fun weddings we have ever had the chance to photograph.
From early afternoon when we started the day the evening, it was a non-stop stream of fun, dancing and merrymaking.
We started with the getting ready photos at Eaglewood Resort and Spa in Itasca. Since it was cloudy and rainy we decided to do even the wedding portraits around Eaglewood and around reception venue our favorite place – Venuti’s
Alex and Frank have clearly been having the time of their lives ever since. And, as you’d expect, the bridesmaids and groomsmen were just as much fun. I mean, there are wedding parties… and then there are wedding PARTIES.
Mingled in with the uproarious events were some genuinely sweet moments, too. I loved when we got to Venuti’s and the ceremony rolled in. The officiant really had a moment. He made the audience to laugh. Just goes to show that fun and love go together really, really well.
After the ceremony we took few bridal portraits right outside Venuti’s.
